With a commitment to excellence, the Miramar Landing Home Owners’ Association Board of Directors carries out the mission of protecting our homeowners' greatest investment - their homes. Comprised entirely of volunteers, the Board is committed to creating and maintaining an attractive, safe, and enjoyable community in which to live and raise our families. All residents are encouraged to attend the monthly board meetings, which occur the first Tuesday of each month so as to keep in better touch with what happens in this fantastic community. The Board recognizes that its greatest asset are the homeowners who take pride in their neighborhood and we welcome their input at all times.

The Board strives to foster a sense of community and protect and preserve the value of commonly used property and the community as a whole. In furtherance of those goals, there may be restrictions concerning requirements on fences, decks, and other structures. These rules, and how to apply to modify the exterior of your residence, are located in the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) section on the home page. While the Board acknowledges that these rules sometimes conflict with the desires of the individual owner, they are in existence for the general good of the community.
